This notice of policies and procedures is set forth to ensure effective communication with Court and Counsel and prevent a miscommunication.

  1. Items sent by mail will generally be delivered 5 to 7 days from the date they are sent. For reasons beyond our control, Mail sent by United States Postal Service is generally received five seven days after transmittal, regardless of where it is sent from. Please note the proper address: James Quinn Auricchio, Esq. 484 Delaware Avenue, Buffalo, New York 14202.
  2. Electronic discovery is accepted only upon express consent and upon confirmation of receipt. It has been our unfortunate experience that the Electronic Discovery system provided by the New York State Prosecutor Training Institute utilizes file transmittal services that are unreliable and needlessly slow regardless of client platform, browser or bandwidth. To ensure timely and efficient transmittal of any electronic discovery materials, please request a secure upload link to transmit securely and reliably by contacting our office. Any links provided by any other means will not be accepted under any circumstances unless the name of the matter and the client are clearly stated and identifiable in notice. If you do not receive a receipt with the name of the file containing discovery, the file has not been received.
  3. Service of process is not accepted electronically in State Criminal Proceedings without prior written consent from James Quinn Auricchio, Esq.
